What this notice covers

Hospital WayfinderIQ is a trading name of AgentIQ Labs UK Limited (company in formation — not yet incorporated at Companies House). Until incorporation completes, enquiries submitted through this site are handled directly by the Hospital WayfinderIQ founding team as the data controller.

This notice explains how Hospital WayfinderIQ handles personal information collected through this marketing website. It does not cover the Hospital WayfinderIQ navigation application used within a participating hospital, which is governed by that hospital’s own privacy information.

What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to respond to your enquiry: your name, contact details, organisation (where relevant) and the content of your message. We do not collect special-category health information through this website’s forms, and we ask that you do not include it in free-text fields.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, route them to the right team, and — where you have opted in — to send relevant updates. We rely on legitimate interests to respond to direct enquiries, and consent for marketing updates.

How long we keep it

Retention periods vary by enquiry type and are set to the minimum needed for the purpose. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing consent, at any time by contacting privacy@hospitalwayfinder.co.uk.
